Data Requests

This page describes how to exercise privacy rights for Learn Domains account and tenant data. It applies to learn.domains and app.learn.domains. For general privacy practices, see our Privacy Policy; for processor terms, see our DPA.

Many requests do not require a formal ticket:

• Access: view websites, integrations, Mission Briefs, opportunities, AI Analyst conversations, content drafts, Knowledge Base, Vault assets (when entitled), billing, and credits inside app.learn.domains.
• Correction: update website configuration, knowledge base content, and organization details in Settings and per-website settings.
• Disconnect integrations: revoke Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or Stripe revenue access at any time from Integrations. this stops further collection from that source.
• Cancel subscription: stop future renewals from Billing; access continues through the current period unless you request earlier deletion.
• Delete content: remove knowledge base entries, vault assets, content drafts, and archive websites where the product provides delete controls.

Email hi@learn.domains from the address on your account with the subject line "Data Request" and specify one of the following:

• Access. receive a summary of personal data we hold about you.
• Export. receive a structured copy of your organization's tenant data where technically feasible.
• Correction. ask us to correct inaccurate account data you cannot edit in the app.
• Deletion. delete your account and associated personal data, subject to legal retention limits.
• Restriction or objection. ask us to limit certain processing (for example, marketing email or a specific integration).

Exports are prepared manually by our team. Where feasible, we provide JSON or CSV bundles covering:

• Account and organization profile (name, email, plan, roles).
• Website configuration and metadata you entered.
• Knowledge Base and Vault assets (when entitled).
• Content Operations drafts and related metadata.
• AI Growth Analyst conversation history for your organization.
• Integration connection status (not raw encrypted credential tokens).
• Billing metadata and credit usage summary (not full card numbers).
• Asset Yield scores, growth order attribution snapshots, and private Yield Receipts you created.
• Public Yield Receipts you published (revoked links are removed from public access).

We do not include other customers' data, internal cost logs used for margin protection, or decrypted third-party API secrets in exports.

We verify requests before fulfilling access, export, or deletion to protect your account:

• Email must come from an address on the account or an organization owner/admin we can confirm in Clerk.
• We may ask you to sign in to app.learn.domains and confirm the request from the same email thread.
• For deletion of an entire organization, we require confirmation from an organization owner.
• We may decline requests that cannot be verified or that would expose another person's data.

We aim to acknowledge data requests within 10 business days and fulfill verified access, export, or deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by complexity or legal obligations. We will tell you if we need more time.

Deletion removes tenant data from our production database and revokes integrations. Some billing and fraud-prevention records may be retained as required by law or Stripe reconciliation.

When you use Learn Domains as a Controller for data about your own users or clients, you are responsible for handling their privacy requests. We will provide reasonable assistance for requests that relate to Customer Data we process on your behalf, as described in our DPA.
